More info:
First, put the desired non-class skill (such as «Baal Cold Missiles») on a charm — don’t add any skill bonus like 7 to all skills.
Then, set the Hotkey for your first skill to F1 key, for the second skill Hotkey F2 key, F3 etc as shows in the video ).
I recommend to set the skill one at a time.After you set one of the skill on a charm, save the hero editor and test it in game first.
When you test this in a game, you won’t see any skill icon there — dont worry about it.That’s means it should work.
For «64 Skill ID» the hex location is starting at «56 bytes».Each function key is allocated 4 bytes.
F1 Key = 56 bytes
F2 key = 60 bytes
F3 Key = 64 bytes
F4 Key = 68 bytes
F5 Key = 72 bytes
etc, up to F8.Similarily, move up another 4 bytes for the next key.
Important info:
Not all the skills is working.In fact some of them can cause your game to crashed.
If that happened, open Hero Editor, open the character and just remove those skill from the charm.Then click save.

Dibalo 3 is released, my pc was not powerful enough to run this game but with this Hero Editor (i 've no idea of it existence until now) my relationship with diablo 2 that long gone now get starting over again.Thx for ur great video!

@wanjamalottomans O ok caus if u ddnt tell me that my game probably would of gotten messed up. O and 1 more thing is it possible to use hero editor on battle.net
@Dieplzthx5 Maybe the uploader still not around yet so i will answer ur question please.O No it will not messed up ur game.If ur diablo 2 lod crashed cause u picked up the wrong skills, just remove those skills fr the charm with hero editor or u just simply delete either the charm ur the character then save the hero editor and u can play the game back as normal no reinstallation needed..1 U will be banned for using Hero Editor on battle.net or u can check it out anywhere here on youtube.

How do I make the enemy skill activate on attack…? I have lvl 64 "diablogeddon" set for 100% activate on attack, but when I attack, nothing happens….any help please…?

what about skills like diablo's fire ring? they dont have animation so they dont work, how do you fix that. i read you could change it in skills.txt but i cant do it
