  1. I should have done what you did and just keep a javelin for the first few levels. I grabbed a bow right away and it took me forever to get through the DOE and to kill Blood Raven. It is great though, I leveled up and increased my stats, so now things are getting to where I am comfortable. I'm still leveling in the Cold Plains. I am playing an Amazon (Bowazon) players 8.

  2. Hi I got a question, does /players 8 influence drops from chests or only from mobs?
I agree with not picking up all item, but arent throwing knives worth 400g orso and quite valuable in early game?
Also please talk about your cat, I have 4 and always love hearing about other peoples cats 🙂

  3. How do you get your screen to that resolution? I'm not seeing the option on either my Blizzard menu or my in-game Diablo 2 options.

  4. The one thing I do, all the time is work at leveling up….for example, I farm the Mauso and Crypt, for gear items to sell or keep…Runes have never dropped for me before Countess…but after Blood Raven I spend time levelling Merc and skills so that things go better

  5. I'm a beginner and want to know how did you get 20 points on your level up… as I'm only getting 5 each time, even though I've just pasted the dessert it hasn't changed.. is it the player 8 setting?
    Thanks!

  6. He's new to the game if he doesn't know that throwing knives sell for more then the potions lol

  7. Pick up throwing knifes this early they sell for alot like 500 or so and when you passed up that brunt wand I almost fell out of mt chair somtimes those sell 4 like 5k this early depending on the +skills…

  8. I get the feeling you were nervous while making these videos, because you repeated yourself a few million times. From a commentary perspective, it's okay for there to be a little bit of silence in your videos. I was looking forward to hearing the sound of Diablo 2 again, but the forced commentary has put me off the series in video 2. If you ever consider another D2 let's play with either minimal commentary or no commentary at all, I'd be excited to watch that.

  9. I know video is couple of years old and you won't probably read this comment, but there is 1 thing i can't not say
You did not pick up white throwing knife, b/c u said that you only need items that are are worth good amount of gold. Soooo what i wanted to say is that white throwing knife is worth 480 gold if you sell it to shop 😀 there it is, i've said it.

  10. I never kept the javalin i just switched to the hand axe which she's quite fast with believe it or not as i find the javalin boring she can use quite a few weapons, daggers, skimitars, sabers, Kris's, dirks and a few others that use strengh and dexterty, she isn't as fast with the javalin if you don't put a point on the skill for rapid hits she's faster with what i just mentioned, then i switched to bow and arrow as soon as i could, i tend to feel out RPG games as to when i need to do some lvling too i think i was over lvl 3 till i started using bow and arrows because Arrows don't drop so often right at the start i waited till then to pick up some Arrows and had some gold to buy a socketed bow from Charsi.

I dropped a unique shield super early on too i was super lucky and it's served me well through out the game and i dropped another one too quite early on i think it was in Act 2 i found it, i like to still use a rare dirk and short javalin (the short javalin has a bit of life per hit), with the 2 shields for some mini-bosses and most main bosses i found it impossible to go at Andarial and Azazel with a bow i died trying lol and took me several tries to get my stuff back from Azazel's chamber but from there is where i started to level up within each area and before bosses especially in Acts 4 and 5 each area is tougher soon as you go up a few lvls you then have to go up another few more so that the next area isn't so difficult that you'll die, definitely don't want that lol. Btw i think everyone drops that rare sash lol i did too twice with 2 different characters 😛 so it's not so rare, i wouldn't go TOO much into finding gd stuff though i generally just used what i picked up like the boots and gloves, i used an unsocked bow too until Charsi gave me a socketed shortbow and honestly it's still adequate at the start.

  11. interesting gear choices, i usualy trow javs or socket a 30 poison over 3 sec hunting bow until I have 4 ral runes for massive poison danage and trow that on a fast fiering bow cuz the base damage wont matter when you deal 225 poison damage over 5 sec, and I use my last ral with en Eth rune to make a stealth chest peace that increases my run speed a little.

  12. I know this is old and you probably dont view these comments anymore but why would you want a 3 socket armor over a 2 socket one and just get the rune word stealth? Stealth is great even if you're not gonna be using much mana in this build

  13. He resurrects enemies. Doesnt revive them. Reviving would be giving the fallen health while they fight, like the zakarum guys do in Kurrast. Sometimes the revive is worse. Fighting the high council in hell could be really annoying because one of the high council members steals health and can revive his allies which can make the fight a big pain in the ass. Also you dont get any EXP, GOLD, or ITEMS from a resurrected monster.
