I had too many perfect gems laying around so I decided to get two new annis.
Luck was on my side — 2 cheap walks (Around 80 PGs per walk and nice annis.

I use PlugY to activate the world event in single player and I set it up to require 75 — 125 perfect gems being sold (Instead of Stones of Jordan)
Here’s the PlugY Config settings required to do so:
