Hellfire Amulet requires 4 different organs from 4 different ubers
A. Get all 4 uber’s machine plan from Act 4 Silver Spire Lvl 1 Nekarat the Keywarden
B. Farm key of bones from Odeg the Keywarden Act I: Fields of Misery
C: Farm key of Gluttony from Sokahr the Keywarden Act III: Dalgur Oasis
D: Farm key of War from Xah’Rth the Keywarden Act III: Stonefront
E: Farm Key of Evil from Nekarate the Keywarden Act IV: Silver Spire Lvl 1
Or, just farm E and since he drops all keys.
Once you got all the keys,craft the following machines, and enter each ubers:
Infernal Machine of Bones for craft mat Idol of Terror
Infernal Machine of Gluttony for craft mat Vial of Purtridness
Infernal Machine of War for craft mat Idol of Terror
Infernal Machine of Evil for craft mat Heart of Evil

All keywardens have a chance to drop other keys in addition to the ones that they normally drop.
It is not restricted to the Act 4 keywarden.

are the ammy mats the same as the current ring mats? wanna know if you can get a head start by farming the current ubers now or will the ubers drop new organs that haven't been implemented yet

what if i have all materials to make hell fire rings and portals and keys, am i gonna half to start all over to get the amulet or can i i use what i got already plus 10 forgotens?( i dont remember what there called, salvaged leges)

typo dalgur is act II not III
same as with the hellfirering in my opinion. To much RNG on top of RNG, people will farm it for some time, till they realize that getting a decent amulett requires an unhealthy ammount of playing, you probably will need around 50-100 amulets to get a really decent one, since you have no controll over the passive that drops, and many passives are sadly close to useless, and then you might get teh right passive eventually, but the other stats are garbage … a good idea by blizzard, but in the end, another item with a lot of potential for frustration.
