  1. "Find this Butcher and slay him! So that our souls can finally rest"

  2. Honestly, this song is so memorable, nostalgic, and so imprinted in our minds that I think the great nostalgia we feel is more than just childhood, I think its something about the frequencies of the song which somehow impacts us greatly. That may be unlikely, but that's what I feel about it since it is just forever stuck in my mind.

  3. Ahhh, my soul, my main, my everything. It is so good hearing this as it is saying right here with who you choose to venture into terror that can not be comprehended as true evil finally reveals itself in the heart of all evil where thee heart of it all that is evil which he embodies lurks as he the Dark God grows in strength and power with final victory approaching and soon he and his brothers will be reunited as the Dark Gods will the undoing of all but only he which being the very one with the name that burns in the flames of unending evil is truly the end of everything good and it is he who bring that forth and once his true body and form by one that will allow him to be fully restored as in the future will then everything end by the heart of all evil and the shadow of all evil that covers all which he is and unlike his brothers as he is thee Dark God shall it happen as he is all of hell and everything truly hell along being as well which his brothers are known for he embodies so much there that is even greater along with the greatest he is which is true terror and many names he is known by but only few can say the name of the Dark God and that name is Diablo.

  4. I know I made a long comment there and now but it was to show my love to the greatest series ever made and as I said I do truly love Diablo so much. I am very sad to see how so much of that which was the soul of Diablo defiled in a way but don't get me wrong as there were things I was happy to see expand upon in this universe which were the new characters and the revealment of the other lesser evils that rule hell and certain other threats like the Archangel of Death and all the above that I did like while still so much wrong was done to the series that I love so much and it was thanks to Blizzard North we have this series.

  5. God, this game used to send shivers down my spine when I played it with headphones on in the dark 😂😂

  6. "I can see what you see not—
    Vision milky, then eyes rot.
When you turn, they will be gone,
    Whispering their hidden song.

Then you see what cannot be—
Shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind,
Cast down into the Halls of the Blind."

    — 20+ years and I still play this bloody game lol

  7. I have hear similar song style to this but rarely in games, Diablo 2 soundtrack is by far best ever…Its like King Solomon hidden treasure

  8. I want diablo 3's production values, diablo 2's game design, and diablo 1's atmosphere

  9. I sadly never beat this game. My dad bought it for me the day it came out or so in early 97. Our computer couldn't run it properly. It only had 8mb of ram and Diablo was looking for like 16mb haha. By time I got a new computer in the 2000's I hooked on Starcraft and played WoW with friends. Even though I never finished it was one of my favorite games and music still. I started with Blizzard on Warcraft 2 in 96. These were the first computer games that took me away from console games as a teen. I was burnt out on Super Nintendo with Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 3 so it was a nice escape. I'll never forget I came in from playing basketball all day and just popped these games on and was immersed.

  10. I used to play Diablo with my older brother and I remember this song so vividly- it created this dark, haunting atmosphere that was scary to me as a seven-year-old but thrilling. Now, years later, it's become so strongly nostalgic to me. A lot has changed since then. I don't play games much nowadays and haven't hung out with my brother in years- he lives far away and is now talking about moving to another country on the other side of the world.

Anyways. I was feeling nostalgic so I searched up the Tristram theme, and it was like being transported back in time to his room, where we'd always play together.

Funny thing: His room had this horrible smell of dirty socks and cologne. But I started to associate that smell with this game and the fun of spending time with him, so now I can't think about Diablo or those years without imagining the distinct odor of feet and cologne. I almost miss it haha.
