  5. Why did he sell the 6/6 instead of the weaker coldlihlght? It was probably lagging due to hearthstone not being properly optimized because it seems to happen quite often.

  12. I really hope Kibler finds a way to divorce his brand from Blizzard. He has taken a moral stand against their practices before and that cost him. It appears Blizzard is too morally bankrupt, and to an extent professionally bankrupt, to rely on their brand to maintain honest standards.

  13. Considering the galactic levels of tiltage I reach whenever I start getting strings of disconnects in my battlegrounds games, this lag would probably make me run into traffic after one game.

  16. So I was watching the stream on PlayHearthstone and they didn't switch to Slyssa until right before that last battle, so I had seen that battle, but not the one before with all of the Beasts. After the match, Slyssa held up a sign reading "SCAM" for the camera. I thought it was funny, but felt like that last game was pretty reasonable and that Kibler had been favored. Now that I've seen the second to the last game, I feel I have a better understanding of why she felt the sign was appropriate. That was a nuts game with so much bad luck for Slyssa and Kibler barely managed to win it. Kibler had enough health he probably would have survived anyway and thanks to the deathrattle from the Megasaur, I think he becomes significantly favored to win at that point regardless, but it would have likely gone another game after this and who knows whether she would have found something to get her back on top (Goldrinn, for example, would have been very hard to deal with unless he got poison on his last 2 murlocs).
    Regardless, it was a great run. Unfortunately, the Northsea Navigators started strong, but then ran into a bit of trouble after the first 3 rounds and never managed to claw their way back. Still, decent money even for 4th. You earned it Brian — it was very entertaining. Keep them coming.

  24. Despite the lag, Kibler shows who Bob loves the most. Also that Coiler really betrayed Slyssa, she should have swapped it for anything else. All-in-all, a really solid game.

  28. 1. That was funny.
    2. Maybe The Beast should be removed from the pool of cards in the Battlegrounds mode? I dunno, cards with upsides for your opponent doesn't really seem to fit in an auto-chess style game.
    3. Murlocs need to be nerfed so fuckin' badly!
