One fact I forgot to mention is that you can Mass deconstruct multiple cards at once through clicking on a button on the upper right of the collection display. Saves a lot of clicks.

Yes, at that time if you did deconstruct something accidentally you can reverse it with the undo button for that cost of dust. Leave that screen though and the option does not reappear.
