In this video we take on Deathbringer Saurfang, the second boss of The Lower Citadel wing of Icecrown, in the Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion for Hearthstone.

I’m sorry for the video quality — for some reason my hearthstone didn’t have a resolution set in the options menu and I didn’t realise until I was editing.

Mulligan: A single Arcanite Reaper, or a Fiery War Axe. Also hold onto any early minions, or Heroic Strike, since it synergises well with the weapons.

Cards to add: Strong weapons and cards relating to weapons, such as Upgrade, Death’s Bite, King’s Defender, or even Cursed Blade. Forge of Souls, a new common, is another great one, or Hobart Grapplehammer for that +1 to all weapons attack.

Cards to Remove: Boulderfirt Ogre, Gurubashi Berserker and Darkscale Healer are all very expensive, and in the end replacing them with cheaper, more efficient cards is likely to help you win earlier.

  25. I love the "oh no, blood beast" …..on turn 9!!!!! I'm literally saying, "oh no, blood beast and 2 taunt creatures!!!!" by turn 5. LOL. Like as soon as I deal damage, blood beasts in multiple numbers hit the board. No clue how none did for you until you had already won that is…….LOL. I'll find a different video and deck on how to beat this bc unless you get the 9 turn nut draw like you did and the AI decides to do heroin for the day, this deck will never win in this scenario

  42. is there any chance you can replace one of the cards for gorehowl? Obviously its an expensive weapon but combined with heroic strike it can deal a lot of damage
