Strat TL;DR Get Fledgling on board, protect it with spells and minions, while buffing it by attacking. Control the board using spells instead of just trading. Fledgling has 2 required buffs — Windfury and Liquid Membrane (can’t be targeted by enemy spells/hero powers).
Mulligan: Vicious Fledgling and Frostbolt. Any other early plays are good too, but these two are the most important.
Cards to Add: Cabal Lackey + Counterspell combo (to prevent you getting to 1hp in the first place), other control style spells such as Cone of Cold, or even a Blizzard to ensure that on your second last turn you can go face only with everything on your board. If you’re wanting to reduce his HP, Manabind can reduce him to 1 hp, but he will still have his 30 armor (not confirmed).
Cards to Remove: Booty Bay Bodyguard, particularly if you’re looking to replace it with a different taunt, or a control spell. Murloc Raider, Murloc Tidehunter, and River Crocolisk can all be replaced by better value minions, if you have them.

Hey all, I notice there are a lot of people struggling with this one, so here's a blanket reply about some general things you can do to maximise your chances depending on what's going wrong.
The first (which requires you to draw two specific cards straight up), is to add the Kabal Lackey, and Mana Bind. If you can get those two on turn 1, you'll be able to steal the Lich Kings spell he uses on you, which means he will go to 30 armor and 1 health, so 29 less damage you have to deal. It will effect the early game however, as it means one card you draw isn't there to protect the Fledgling, assuming you even need it.
The second way is to add some better/more efficient minions, including Mana Wyrm,
If it helps, you could also add a Molten Reflection, so that the turn after you play the Fledgling, you can summon a copy of it. Just remember to use it before you give it spell immune, and also keep in mind that it once again removes a turn that could be used protecting the Fledgling from minions.
If you find that it's the Lich King's minions ending the run for you, a bit more control such as Cone of Cold, or a bit of delay that can come from a Ghastly Conjurer (giving you an extra Mirror Image) could help. Or changing the Mana Bind to a Counterspell will mean you start on 30 hp if you happen to draw it and the Kabal Lackey on your first turn.
So yeah, there are a few options here — you could use one, or multiple of them, but I hope this helps out those of you still struggling. Good luck to all!

in one game my fledgeling attacked face 7 times and i never got +3 attack or +1/+1 for even ONCE
The lich king dont put obliterate … in my game everytime kill my vicious
Quick tip to save someone's time:
1. Draw the Fledgling in your starting hand or on round 3. (Otherwise restart)
2. Have the sucker not use the "Obliterate" card on it.
3. Use your massive rng skills.
4. If you do this at least 10 times and fail, give up and go play something else. Hearthstone was not made for casuals like you.

After almost 3 hours I did it, with a different deck. This stupid battle is complete dependant on RNG (fuck you hearthstone developers), so you can defeat him with few or many tries.
The main cards is 2xMolten Giants; You can change the 1-2 mana minions with better ones that have useful effects (Mana Wyrm), deathrattle (Plated Beetle) or battlecries (Bilefin Tidehunter). Make sure you start with at least 1 Molten Giant, 1 2 mana minion, and get Feracious beast before turn 4. After turn 4, you will need spells and minions with taunt to control the board and protect your Feracious beast, like Fireball, Polymorph, Flamecannon (VERY USEFUL AND LOW COST), Frost Bolt / Senjin shieldmaster, Booty Bay Bodyguard
— Defeat him before turn 7 when he uses Frostmourne (after that is impossible);
— You need Molten Giant in your fist turn, this way the AI treats him as the "biggest" enemy and targets him with obliterate leaving your Feracious Beast safe when its without the spell immunity;
— You need Feracious Beast before turn 4, and play at turn 3 or 4;
-> You MUST prioritize the adaptations in this order: Spell Immunity, Windfury,Divine Shield, (+1/+1 , + 3 attack, + 3 life [according to the board])
— When you play Feracious Beast you must guarantee that you have board control and cards to maintain the board control;
— If he plays a taunt, use polymorph or try to kill it with your minions.
For anyone who struggles — you can craft Kabal Lackey (40 dust, Wild) and Counterspell (100 dust, Classic), preferably 2 copies of each and reset the fight till you find the combo. Once you do, you can just use a Control list and kill him after Turn 7 as his minions are pretty weak. You can use Platebreaker to deal 30 dmg to him (DoD, 40 dust) and if you got Alextrasza, additional 15 dmg. Toom me 2 tries after I got the combo on turn 1.
