Yup, I hate this particular material. I've been hunting it down for 3 hours now and I'm kind of fed up already.
you can run into more than 1 of them at a time in same level. ran into barg while doing bounty fo sartor
It is confirmed that legendary material have higher chance on higher difficulty.
Normal got 5% and torment 1 10.4%

Rockulus dropped Bottomless potion of the tower for me. (60%hp and 19% armor for 5sec)
Its a horrible source UNLESS you are going WoW build with EB, then its amazing!
