Finley is a good option to F2P players when it appears to them as well, because F2P players get only 2 heroes to choose.
I like these videos where he says useful tips at the begginig. I dislike the ones where he just talks about how particular a particular run was.

What they've done to BG is shameful…especially right now with everything going on. You're basically forced to pay to play now, or you only get two choices which makes you far less competitive simply based on your odds of being stuck with a weak hero.
Finley is cool, because he is a secret agent.

States people think Sir. Finley is just a re-roll but there’s more to him. Doesn’t like his first options and re-rolls to Rafaam. Even says that’s what he’s doing 🤣. But agreed, Sir. Finley is better then just a re-roll.
