Raging Worgen Warrior OTK is BACK! Maiev Shadowsong Combo | Hearthstone

The goal of this Hearthstone Standard Enrage Warrior OTK combo deck is to use Raging Worgen combined with Charge and Maiev Shadowsong! We do this by playing Raging Worgen and Charge. Then, we use Maiev to give it dormant. When Worgen wakes up we buff it with Inner Rage and Rampage and go face! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!

  1. Blah! Had some dropped frames in the first game. Sorry about that! Stupid internet!

  2. So charge gives you one "ignore summoning sickness" ticket instead of giving you the charge keyword. The ticket survives maievs dormant state but cannot be copied.

  3. 14:00 Oh my god … Lady Liadrin can get up to 10 "Libram of Wisdom" into the hand. In the late game giving any minion +10/+10 amount of Stats 🤔
What an interesting idea for an OTK-deck … 😁
    Zephyr for "Windfury" probably

  4. 18:04 The 2 minions with "Charge"-Enchantment were summoned onto the board in just that turn. The "cant attack Heroes"-effect is active during that turn. The first minion was summoned onto the board 2 turns ago; thats why it can attack.

  5. 18:38 The programmed trigger to reactivate minions at the start of a round seems to trigger BEFORE the minions come into play by the Dormant-trigger. Thus skipping the Reactivation-trigger .. 🤔

  6. Taking on the torch of disguised toast? Don't find something too broken or blizzard might come after you Mark! :))

But seriously, great content! Been following you for some time in and out, but it's getting better and better! Keep it up!!

  7. Worgen that attacks and gets dormant the same turn and can't attack when he wakes up actually makes sense, because the trigger that allows him to attack again never triggered because of his dormancy. We actually got to see how the game code works lol.

  8. Both of these aren't bugs btw.

    1) Bloodsworning makes a copy of the worgen , but the copy is considered a new creature that has the text "This creaturea has Charge and can't attack heroes this turn(eg say turn 9)" hence why it can't go face.

2)In the second interaction you used Charge and killed two 1/1 lackeys (the worgen attacked twice) then Mayev put it in a stasis. When it awoke it coulnd't attack because it went to sleep before seeing the end of turn (which refreshes the attacks, clears freezes etc), so the card considers itself having attacked twice this turn (since it didn't see the turn end). If you hadn't attack the lackeys you could still go face as normal when the worgen wakes up in 2 turns, because "This creaturea has Charge and can't attack heroes this turn(eg say turn 9)" works fine since now its not turn 9 but turn 11.

    Cheers!

  9. Could you fit the 2 mana bounce panda into the list? That way you can bounce Maiev to dormant a taunt if the play one?

  10. My theory for not being able to attack if you attacked before going dormant is that the minion wakes up as if he was in the same condition before sleeping, meaning he already attacked. The best way to prove this would be to play an actual charge minion and hit something, then make it go dormant and see if it can attack once it wakes up.

  11. it went dormant after it has attacked and it never got reset on start of turn so it was already done

  12. Hey Mark, I love your vids! I did some testing and it looks like when you make a minion dormant with Maiev the minion is kept in its current state. So if it has already attacked this turn, then goes dormant, when it wakes up it's still the same turn for that minion and thus can't attack again. Also tested with windfury minions attacking only once, when they awaken they may only attack one time.

  13. Dropped a sub coz I just realised I watch loads of your vids just didn’t realise they were all the same guy haha
