15. About carmilla and other heroes that can be used on a diffirent role like offlane carmilla
    They can be used to confuse enemy drafts
    and yes im fine about the fact that she is s tier
    And also some heroes arent really countered by other heroes but countered by game knowledge like argus
    Just dont go near him and thats it

    The one thing i disagree is about the fact that hylos isnt ss tier dude hes literally 1st picked or banned in my server currently and being more priorotized by the likes of atlas
