11. The charge card was reworded before rush was in the game, I think, so it basically functions as 'rush'. But furthermore, it might have been able to attack face anyways because it no longer had summoning sickness at the beginning of your turn right before the effect was added.

    The easy response is just "small indie company" tho lol

16. I'm pretty sure that Charge is supposed to do what Zalae thought it does, but small indie company, text on a card isn't sacred, blah blah.

    Interesting point, Charge finally has a reason for not being "give a minion rush". Maiev preserves enchantments on the minions she imprisons, so casting Charge and then imprisoning the minion you enchanted gives you an actual charge minion. 2 turns late and requiring a 2 card 5 mana combo with one of the worst basic set spells, but a memey charge nonetheless.

19. Maybe “Charge” should just be “Give a minion Charge” and be at a high enough mana cost that it’ll be difficult to abuse. Either that or it can only be used on minions with x or less attack.

24. An accurate text for Charge now would be,

    "Give a minion charge. If it was summoned this turn, it can't attack heroes this turn."

    It genuinely gives the minion charge, so it will for instance get buffed by Warsong Commader. But the charge is neutered by a limitation functionally identical to rush. This was implemented via a patch, but the text was never changed.

25. The charge card has a use now in a funny warrior OTK deck! You play frothing berserker and cast charge on it then use the new Maiev legendary to dormant it for 2 turns. When it wakes up it will be able to hit face so you play bomb wranglers and the pirate that deals 1 damage to all minions when you play minions to get a massive frothing and win the game!
