Just hit 70 on my S3 DH in about 4.5 hrs solo (after concentrating way too long on my S3 Wiz; would've been faster if I'd thought to put a much better ruby in my helm duhr), and this build works quite well even without good equipment. I do have the Crashing Rain belt, and otherwise using an Ancient Danetta's Revenge (so subbed in Vault over Smoke Screen for now). Going to stick with it and see which pieces I manage to collect first, Nat's or UE.

Tried this exact build, but not real good (at least for me) with the GR's 45 and up.  Most of my Natalya's are ancient and rolled well, but I've found that survivor ability is still extremely difficult past 45 rifts. I'm using excellent rolled ancient corruption shoulders, as they are the best I've found so far.  Current Strongarm Bracers are best in slot for me at this time.

    It seems like the build in this video is trying to achieve the best of both worlds, i,e., Bane of the Trapped and Zei's.  Hit from distance (Zei's) hit close (Bane of Trapped), but I can't get past GR 45 with these gems.  I would have thought this would have worked?  

    Gems: I'm using Pain Enhancer (lvl 44), Wildebeest's (lvl 47) and Taeguk, (lvl 44).  I am able to survive better, but its still hard to get past GR 45.  The Wildebeest's are what's keeping me going.  Tried switching my Wildebeest's for Esoteric Alteration (lvl 30), but couldn't even get through a GR 40.  That gem was terrible for me.  Suggested to pair it with Wildebeest's, but then I have no offensive gem except Taeguk.  IMO, at least for me, you need two strong offensive gems, hence the Pain Enhancer, which did better than Efficacious Toxin (lvl 35).

    I'm using the two set rings Rhykker suggested and they work well.  

    Weapons:  I'm using an ancient N Slayer and an ancient Bailfire Caster.  The ancient Bailfire was better than all four of my Calamity's.

    Amulet:  Traveler's Pledge, rolled with almost perfect stats, including perfect Crit Hit & Crit Hit Chance stats. 

    Skills, Passives and Templar:  Templar setup close to Rhykker's but using the life instead of intimidate because Cull of the Weak wasn't working well for me.  

    Not using Companion either, using Night Stalker, Ambush, Perfectionist and Awareness.  
    Other skills:  Strafe, Evasive Fire, Rain of Vengeance, Smoke Screen, Vengeance w/Seethe and Shadow Power w/ Shadow Glide.     

    Paragon points are currently 518.  At this point I am somewhat stuck where I am regarding GR's. 

    I think this is an excellent build, but needs some tweaking to get past level 45 rifts. 
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Sorry for the long post.

  8. This Season 3 thingy, can anyone explain it to me? Do you lose your paragon levels or something? Or are these characters' videos in Season 3. Sorry if the question is kinda bad.

  14. I'm running a similar build on console (my pc tends to display driver crash pretty frequently in D3) and Nat's 6 ROCKS! Very fun build, though it seems a little on the high risk/high reward side of things. Can't wait to give the build a spin after the cube comes out. Pun intended.

    I already had 3 set parts and was having problems with T3 cuz my build was shit. But after this video (and making this build) I can run t4 easily. farming for a fourth part is what I do. I think it will enable T5 for me.

  31. What would happen if I used the Pauldrons of the skeleton king? Would that be more beneficial than the Bourne privilege?

  34. If you have to go out of your way to proc the cull of the weak why can't you just not use cull of the weak and you say that we must either use Templar or iceblink but doesn't the bane of the trapped give a slowing aura?

  36. The crashing rain belt does not really help the build… I use the hellcat waist guard for grenade dmg, this video is 4 years old, so this belt was most likely not present then
