A slightly modified version coasted me from rank 14 to rank 10. It works quite well, I played it mostly like a mid-range deck, with exceptions of quest priest(miracle, waited for dmg from board+hand) and some warriors (control based around value of lackeys and trades). Galakrond and Togwaggle aren't just win conditions, they enable 0 cost draws for malygos burst. They are like Japetto, but good on their own too

19:27 You're saving the Lackey and risking being bursted (Long shot, but still possible) when you KNOW your hero power is about to become "add a Lackey to your hand", and you're guaranteed to play Galakrond over Togwaggle next turn, since Gala draws 4 0 costs over Tog's 3 0 costs. And Tog takes your entire mana pool, Galakrond doesn't, so if you draw Questing Explorer as one of your cards, you can draw again to get a damage spell (like Eviscerate or Sinister Strike) in the event you need that extra bit of damage. Galakrond is the superior play every time, so you should always have played the Lackey to ensure you don't die.

Rogue: "Ha! I'm actually a 29 cards deck!"
Always support local pizza.
That's what I've noticed about Rogue Galakrond; you tend to draw a lot of backstabs and preparations.
