In this Diablo 2 run project i am doing 250 chaos sanctuary runs to see what Godly items i can find. And i do indea find some amazing items including one of the most elusive items in the game.

nice video. I'm playing a bone/summon hybrid(untwinked) so chaos, cows and baal runs are my main source of loot. I'm enjoying it way more than running with my sorc even if its less efficient (no enigma and i plan staying untwinked). The game feels less like a slot machine.
