  1. As of Reaper of Souls, Farnham returns as a unique zombie named Farnham and titled 'the Drunk'. He spawns for "the Cursed Cellar" bounty in the Damp Cellar. He appears close to the door, has Orbiter and Jailer affixes, and pursues the closest player, and in addition attacks along with hordes of other Risen Dead

  2. I always wondered why the only road to Dark Wood/Black Marsh/Tamoan Highlands and the Monestary, cut off in Stony Field, forcing the player to go through the Underground Passage. I could never understand why they wouldn't have just cleared a road around or over the hill there.
    Nice video though.

  3. I want to know where the tree came from tbh. Was it just there and some random mage put runes on it? is it the resting place of a dead angel? who knows?

  4. Very nostalgic…i remember this quest that includes Wirts leg…a very tragic end for the folks of Tristram…been waiting for this bro! Much love and Godbless 🙏🙏🙏

  5. I love these videos dude. It's cool seeing the quests in detail. When I play these games I'm very quick to skip this stuff by default now, but your narration makes every quest much more interesting to me.

  6. You have such a great storytelling voice! Love listening to these diablo videos! So much Nostalgia for these games!

  7. "Smacked down Paige like she owed him gold."
Welllll… She IS a rogue, she most likely did! 😋

  8. I remember when I was a wee lad that I thought the lightning from the Cairn Stones could do damage to you so I always ran away from them after activating all 5 stones to not get killed :)))

  9. Great as always Dash. Looking forward to watching the rest of this series!

  10. I am not the first to say BUT I SHAN'T BE THE LAST!

Hold onto the leg of wirt, though the 5 acts of Anguish , Pain, Hate, Terror, and Destruction. After that would cometh to a land of ancient bovine men in the land of Anguish through a home scroll with the leg within the cube of Horadric design.

I could be a Dark Souls character sometimes I swear.

  11. I love that you talk to the NPC's, but its bugging me knowing that they say different things to different characters lol Was that only for intros or quests too? I know Warriv tells a story on introduction to the Paladin and Gheed tells a story to the necro. I forgot the Hero's say different things during and after quests too

  12. 18:53 “…he simply could not put it out of his mind.” Oh Deckard, you sage scamp! Looks like Gheed’s not the only one with puns.

  13. This Quest is Very nostalgic! Its cool how they portrayed Tristram after all these years. Yet they could've done So much more with it. It would have been Great to see Adria shack and even allowed access to 1 of the dungeons 1st level & then find the rest collapsed from the attack or a earthquake possibly.

  14. If you plan on doing them in chronological order, plz number them in the title. 🙂

  15. Damn, Dash. I cried when I identify that Farnham and Pepin bodies…
The only townfolks I could identify were Wirt (which is pretty obvious) and Griswold (which is pretty obvious, too)
Thanks for this great video, my friend. I stay tuned 🙂
You read it from an avocado 🥑

  16. Keep it up bud…. And try the Hell Unleashed mod if you haven't already. I'm not the maker and I'm not even a fan of the D2 snobs that play it, but it's the best mod since Median XL.

  17. Awesome video! And yes you're videos made me start playing through Diablo 1&2 again! 😀

  18. I like to theories that my Druid brethren sensed the tragedy that would befall the town of Tristram and inscribed the bark of the tree of Inifuss with magical runes of power to keep it safe from the corruption of the three, but since the Druid character you make only says about the cairn stones that they look like the ones that are common in Scosglen debunks it.

  19. WOW! I didn’t even know you could not save Cain! Never once would I have thought of trying that.
Funny enough when seeing this video it made me realize. Diablo and his forces could have made a easy win if they had simple killed Cain and not just hang the guy there in town.

  20. I know you're trying to make this more cinematic and the items are trash anyway, but the lack of seeing the stuff that hits the ground is provoking my OCD. It is Diablo 2 after all.

  21. Corpsefire appears in the Den of Evil; and Bishibosh appears in the Cold Plains. Rakinishu is the 3rd Superunique faced in Act 1. If I'm not mistaken, every area in Diablo 2 has at least 1 Superunique! Great video man I am loving your Diablo content. Especially the Diablo 1 content because I never beat that game and don't remember much about it where as Diablo 2 I am pretty sure I know about 97% of everything there is to know about, and Diablo 3 is the exact opposite I know about 3% of everything there is to know about that game. Diablo 1 is probably 50/50.

  22. Ive played Diablo III in switch…as i walked through the ruins of Tristram it really saddened me seeing it lies in ruin and soon Cain will dead soon 😭😭😭

  23. INTERESTING! I've owned this game for twenty years, and I had NO IDEA that you could "fail" the Cain quest!

  24. Having completed the first Diablo with all three original classes.. the ruins of Tristam broke my heart. I too identified each fallen friend and Griswold was the worst. Even though I have seen it multiple times since it remains my least liked quest.
