I found 5 goblins in this season
So far season 19 westmarch commons is playing out like pandemonium for me, if one spawns there there will be another one on the same map. Could just be my RNG but so far it's happened every time. Now having said this, it's not the best spot for goblins, but if you're doing bounties and run across one do yourself a favor a just explore the map to see if another spawns for you too.
This just popped up in my playlist. Weird. Yesterday I was playing T10. Halls of Agony 3. A portal just appeared a message read. This is a portal to a mystical place. What happens in this place is beyond our control. Enter at your own risk. I entered. It was a level full of cows. Damn hard cows. When I accidentally exited the portal read. This is not the cow level. It was weird. Never happened before. Do you know of this event?

i was in pandemonium and loads of goblins spawned, like 7 and then a portal opened and its name was "Leads to a place that does not exist. The Burning Hells are not responsible for events that transpire there. if you claim to have been to this place you will be called a liar. Void where prohibited" and i was uber confused
Just did a regular Nephalem run and got a frickin' ARMY of goblins in a field! Easily 50+ goblins! I never even knew that was possible!!!
Is there any certain way to force the goblin to open a portal to enter the vault?
I often met goblins on the maps you mentioned on the video above.
But, the goblins were rarely willing to open the portal to enter the vault. 😁
Does this work for any difficulty?
The rainbow goblin can also spawn in the Cellar of the Damned in New Tristram. I encountered one on my way to Weeping Hollow during Adventure Mode. Its easy to check before going to the listed routes.

I found more gobbies, in a regular rift. I would also recommend farming regular rifts
