3. Been using Harrington on 3 different barbs, been liking it so far. I hear that Harrington will be useless in 2.1, because there wont be any clickable in greater rifts.

   How is the 5% elite dmg of harrington > 50% crit dmg on WH?

   Hwoj wrap doesnt roll 60 up to 80% slow, it rolls either 60 or 80%.

   Harrington is the worst belt in 2.1 when going for greater rifts.

   Blackthorn's belt is pretty much the BiS on hardcore, so it should at least be mentioned.

9. I desagree with hellcat belt at all! its not very benefit for any specefic build IMO. nice video as usual. keep going..

10. I use captain crimson on my crusader for the 67% CDR, so i can perma champion. I use Harrington's on the WD so i can 1 shot kill rift guardians with soul harvest. I use witching hour on DH so the DH cd reaches 700% and APS reaches 3.0. 

11. How is Pride of Cassius NOT in this list? Even if it's still 2.0.6, This item still gives barb decent survivability (especially with the "Ignorance is Bliss" rune of Ignore Pain).

12. I found a witching hour belt didn't know it was good so put it on my monk, after a few months I sold it on the auction house for 80M

14. I'm playing on PS4, transferred my PS3 Wizard to PS4 with a Legacy Witching Hour.  Didn't know it was so awesome until I saw your video.  Thanks!

15. No way Hellcat is No1. It's not in the top 5, or even top 10. In every single build that AS is needed, Witching Hour will be much much better. It is rare, but just as hard to find as a Woh, or a SoJ of the right element you use.

    And if you say "Belt is the slot for stacking defensive stats", then string of ears is the absolute best.

16. I use the Pride of Cassius for my level 70 (64) barbarian. I found it before the transfer to reaper of souls. It is the only item I haven't been able to replace so far. It is level 60 and has 301 strength, 6% attack speed, 46% critical hit damage, 1.5% critical hit chance, -4% damage from melee attacks, and 11% movement speed. Since it transfered to the expansion, it won't let me enchant it either. None of the belts I've found since have crit nor will they let me enchant for crit or damage to even try to make something better. Is there anything out there that is better than what I have?

17. I love the Harrington, however it's useless in Greater Rifts. You occasionally might get a bookshelf to open but other than that, you will nearly never get a chance to use it's ability. It least Blizz could put in the objects in Greater Rifts so it doesn't negate some items from being used. I use mine for Rift runs but swap it out when doing a great rift. A shame.

24. I use the belt of transcendence for my Witch Doctor.
    Running a minion — master build, with some pieces from the Helltooth set.
