This is the story and lore behind Diablo’s «Anvil of Fury», the quest itself and what the townsfolk had to say about it. I plan to do this for all of the Diablo and Diablo 2 quests.

Sorry for some of the video lag in this one, not sure what caused it.

  3. There's four more regular Diablo quests (all from Hell) that remain. I'm in the process of setting up a new computer, so you should expect them in a week or so.

  5. Diablo can be played online, yes.

    My character's name is Arthis, with an i. Far before Warcraft 3 or Diablo 2 came out, I used to play Diablo online a lot, and my warrior's name was Arthis. I always like to say Blizzard based Arthas on my character.

  6. I'm not sure, I re-built my PC into my new case, but my IDE cable doesn't reach both the hard drive and CD-rom as it used to, so I'll have to get another cable sometime.

  7. I play WoW, and occasionally D2 for fun. The original Diablo was a great game, but if you didn't play it when it was new, it may seem slow and clunky to you. I'm fairly sure Blizzard sells a battle chest with Diablo as part of it.

  9. yup, if you buy the diablo 2 battle chest, you get d1 for free, but you dont get hellfire

    unfortunatley, Blizzard (for whatever reason) discontinued the battle chest contaning Diablo 1. Now they only contain Diablo II & its expansion.

  18. how can you stand the warrior i tried i was bored of chasing enemies so i played as the ranger and it was so much better

  20. i remember it was a pain in the butt getting to that anvil in the middle of the lava lake lots of mobs blocking the way

  21. @lukeyboy10001 I was so obsessed with diablo 1 when i was little, i once dreamed i was playing diablo and Griswold was a demon and i had to fight against him…a couple of years later, it came diablo 2

    its no joke… i dont believe in rpedictions, but dat was awesome 😀

  22. Why don't I get the quest "Anvil of Fury". I'm at level 10, but when I talk to Griswold he doesn't give me the quest. Any idea why or how I can get it?

  24. @Kebooooo my dad and i both play WoW and i just found a brand new untouched copy of D1 (4:10 xD) in my basement along with warcraft, warcraft ii, and warcraft ii expansion (My dad is one hell of a blizzard gamer). but i don't have D2. the lore of it seems a little… retconned to say the least. Is it better than D1, or am i just being confused.
    BTW all of the warcraft games (except 3) run on DOS, so they won't work on windows Vista or windows 7 (FML).

  26. anvil of fury is also in D3,although its random and will only appear sometime at griswold destroyed shop

  27. D1 is an amazing game.. but D2 is significantly better. just not as dark or chilling in terms of atmosphere, d2's more focused on fantasy than horror and d3 took that even further. D2s features and gameplay are also significanlty better

    how can anyone say to me with a straight face that diablo 3 has good writing? how can people be so blind.

  31. Go to the deepest most dangerous hell's pit for me and get the anvil, i'll gladly trade it with a trash sword lol

  32. You hear "anvil of fury" and ask Cain about it. He describes is as something that looks really awesome. You find the Anvil of Fury. It looks like any other anvil… What a disappointment.
