Because at the moment that’s the only way they’ve found to monetize the game mode. By paying for a larger hero selection and emotes/stats that no one gives a fuck about, especially when it shows almost meaningless stats.

13. Is it just me or does anyone else think Kripp is not greedy enough? At 10:51 he could have sold the menagerie magician to tavern up to 5, freeze the triple and play one of the buff cards, depending on how much he wants to play around cleave against next opponent, that can allow him to discover independently strong cards at 6 like mackerel/ghastcoiler/imp mama etc… He was at 36 health after all

14. I haven't played BG yet but i only have one question; how does the game calculate the stars you get to attack for after winning around?/ How does it determine how much dmg you deal after winning the round?

18. Dragon lightfang brann is killer i hit a guy for 39 dmg with it. Its something you see coming. There are no set intuitive ways to play the game. You have to bas every move on empowering your bord every turn. While getting some triples and keeping the numbers down. Bran light. Beast cleave mech cleave dragon batle cry mech smn a taunt. Game over the bestof murloc divine poisionas set gets crushed by it

20. Who would've thought that you can get first place with a shitty build when you're super lucky and all your opponents also have shitty builds.

"Look at me guys, I'm so cool, I always go for weird and unusual strategies, I could win so much more if I wasn't such a cool streamer trying to be entertaining and fun and not picking the best options". He literally just picked the best cards available and ended up with a pseudo menagerie build. He didn't get any good beast but was clearly looking for one, no decent murloc till it was too late, so just had to keep going with a sub par menagerie strategy, but at no point did he intentionally chose a strategy that was not optimal to win. In the intro he makes it sound like he made some questionable decisions for the sake of experimenting or trying something different. Oh and by the way, menagerie is not different and it IS a strong build that can win games, the motherfucker even has recent videos talking about how menagerie is one of the better strategies in these recent patches since addition of dragons yet here he makes it out to be some hipster build no one but him has the balls to try. Once again, fuck off with this shit.

26. Was thinking the same the other day. Played a game as Alex with 2 deathwings, millhouse and jogg in the lobby and I was like dmm its gonna be a bad game. Got to lvl 5 > 2 razorgores > found my kalegos and then I died because the beating from early game was too much. Still top 5. Quess what, deathwings millhouse and jogg top 4. Surprised?
