You using Tstroke to poke with? Use StormShield with that. Then use titans with a 3os lidless. Dont need the damage reduction with titans if you aren't close enough to get hit. Lidless has +1skill, and mana after kill. Put diamonds or light facets in it.
I traded around finally got a Lo rune made a fortitude armor pretty sweet. Been running cows and chaos haven't been finding any high runes at all.

I got my HC druid lvl 85, made a 40 hoto and CoH last night. Then I find a Lo this morning, so now I have a nice little torch. Got reapers for me Merc, 2 ooc for a 1os. Dropped a tal ammy in NM act 5. The shutdown has been good so far haha.
