Charlton unfortunately doesnt work with garuda fanfare. I tried and i believe because half of it is choose a target the entire thing is flagged by garuda to not activate.

Thanks for this! When I first saw "Garuda, Wings of paradise" I thought it was cool but I couldn't figure out a use for it. This get's the balling rolling on this card, for sure.
