  2. Кто бы что ни говорил, для меня пандария наверно самый лучший Адонн для WoW на равне с Личем.

  3. This is the expansion I started playing in. Goose pimples hearing the music when I would login <3

  4. Didn't Jason Hayes contribute to this soundtrack? In interviews/panels he has talked about how delightful it was to use the traditional Chinese instruments and influences within the WOW themes that everyone recognizes. I thought this was the last project he worked on before parting ways with Blizzard for new pursuits.

  5. So based on the comments, an interesting observation is how there are those that are staunchly defending their belief that this expansion was bad, and it appears to be because this expac dropped post Cataclysm.
Historically, all the haters turn to the whole "WoW from Cata went nowhere but downhill" and support that argument by suggesting that the Pandaren and the Monk class were all too silly (blatantly ignoring the fact that the Pandaren have been around since Warcraft was still an RTS). It feels like after the dissatisfaction of Cataclysm, following up with a fun expansion as opposed to a serious one seems to be the source of displeasure.
Yet I'll always argue that MoP was one of the most genuinely fun expansions there was. And by fun I mean that I could genuinely grind my way through dailies for months on end because the content was made fun and enjoyable. This is not fun in the whole serious RPG sense, but it was genuine dumb fun combined with a beautiful continent with an amazing soundtrack. The raids and dungeons were great and the actual lore of Pandaria itself is immersive and well thought out. I'd say the only main drawback was the Horde-Alliance story was not the best developed, especially when placed next to the story of Pandaria itself.
In a lore environment constantly feels heavy and tense, a grindy game like WoW can become taxing to play fairly quickly. But MoP managed to make that process somehow put a smile on my face, and while I still think, like many, that Wrath of the Lich King was overall the best expansion, there are areas in which MoP manages to outdo it, and it would take an extremely biased lens to not at least acknowledge that.
Everyone's favorite expansion is theirs to decide, but ignoring the good areas in a good expansion out of bias is a neat way to stop yourself from having fun. Ya'll can complain and be salty about it, but i'm gonna sit here with a continued appreciation for Pandas that literally take half fall damage for being bouncy.

  6. MoP looked like such a joke of an expansion and it turned out to be one of the best, not only game wise but art wise, every single detail was really good.

  7. To me MoP was one of the best expansions ive ever played and ive played them all. ToT is tied with ulduar for nr1 raid, vibe and music is nr1 without question and Pvp was a solid 4/5 for me.

  8. Damn dude, the nostalgia. Little fifth grader never being able to get to lvl 90.

  9. I remember not wanting to play a panda, then made a Pandaren just for shits and giggles and discovered the truth about the giant turtle. That was awesome :).

  10. I was there when this update came out and I'm happy I was there to see it even if i don't play wow as much!

  11. MoP is special, MoP is different! The story and the zones design was so beautiful

  12. I dont give a shit what the haters say. I had so much fun in this expansion. The world, the lore, the PVP! Miss it more than BC.

  13. in like 6th grade i would listen to this as i do my homework since i grew up playing WOW and here i am, 10th grade and in the corona-quarantine e-school, back again. i will be back many times.
